ECA Investment Group and Counsel Trust Company were both founded and remain based in York County. We are clearly focused on providing investment management and trust services to a growing family of clients—nearly all of whom have come to us as a referral from a friend or business associate. We are intent on maintaining control over our destiny as we continue to grow, and believe that our private ownership structure is the best way to stay focused on our clients’ goals.
