David provides investment management and consulting services for businesses, retirement plans, and high net worth individuals. David participated in the formation and growth of Counsel Trust Company and is also a shareholder.

• Prior to UTZ, David was a commercial lending officer with Farmers Bank & Trust Company of Hanover, Pa.
   
• 1991: Graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in finance.
