 Bonnie has more than 35 years of experience in trust management and operations involving the processing of securities, cash, and other assets for major bank trust divisions.

• 2003: Joined Counsel Trust Company as Trust Operations Manager. Named Chief Compliance and Operations Manager for both Counsel Trust and ECA Investment Group in 2004. Bonnie is also a shareholder of Counsel Trust.
   
• 1996-2003: Served as vice president and trust services manager for M&T Investments (formerly Allfirst Trust Company) in Baltimore, Md.
   
• 1975-1996: Held various management positions in the trust operations department of Allfirst Trust Company (formerly York Bank & Trust Company), York, Pa.
   
• 1988: Graduated from PBA Trust School at Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pa.
